Shipping Policy (Bloom & Root)

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

  • Pre-orders / seasonal boxes: These ship on (or around) the ship date listed on the product page.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • If you need to update your address, email info@bloomandrootbox.com as soon as possible.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Returned to Sender / Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal:

  • We can reship it once we receive it back (additional shipping fees may apply), or

  • We can issue a refund minus shipping/handling costs, if applicable.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Bloom & Root is not responsible for theft. If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors/building staff

  • Contacting the carrier directly

  • Filing a claim when applicable

If your tracking hasn’t updated or appears lost in transit, email info@bloomandrootbox.com and we’ll help you troubleshoot.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@bloomandrootbox.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged item(s)

  • A photo of the shipping box/packaging

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible (replacement when available or an appropriate resolution).
