What is Bloom & Root?
Bloom and Root is a quarterly self-care subscription box created to help you slow down, recharge, and feel grounded. Each box is thoughtfully curated with natural wellness products and seasonal treasures that bring comfort, balance, and a touch of joy to your everyday self-care routine.
How often will I receive a box?
Boxes ship every quarter (4 times a year).
Spring Box, Summer Box, Fall Box. Winter Box
When you place your first order, you will receive your first box 7-10 days after placing your order.
You’ll be notified via email when your box ships.
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged immediately. For future renewals, billing happens on the 1st day of the month prior to the next box (e.g., August 1 for the Fall Box).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes!
How long will it take to receive my box?
Boxes typically ship within 7–10 business days after the quarterly shipment date begins. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What if my box or item arrives damaged?
Please email us within 7 days of delivery at info@bloomandroot.com with photos of:

Each Bloom & Root box is handmade with love, not mass-produced, and thoughtfully curated to support your everyday self-care ritual. We partner with small businesses that create natural, high-quality products you won’t find in big box stores.Inside, you might discover 5 to 7 nourishing treasures such as:

Every item is chosen with care to make self-care simple, nourishing, and truly enjoyable, because wellness should feel natural, accessible, and a little indulgent.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes!
We prioritize clean, cruelty-free, and body-kind ingredients. We partner with small brands and makers who share our values.
Do you offer refunds?
At Bloom and Root, we believe self-care should feel as good as it sounds. Every box is thoughtfully curated with love and intention. Because we’re a small, growing business, our policies are designed to offer fairness, clarity, and a little grace.
Refunds on Orders
We offer full refunds within 24 hours of your original purchase or subscription renewal.
To request a refund, please email us at info@bloomandrootbox.com within 24 hours. Refunds are processed manually and may take 5–10 business days to reflect back on your card.
After 24 hours, your order is considered confirmed and begins fulfillment.
Returns
We accept returns for unopened, unused boxes within 14 days of delivery. Your box must be in its original packaging and in new condition.
To start a return, email us at info@bloomandrootbox.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please package your return carefully—we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Important: We cannot accept returns for opened, used, or damaged items, or for returns requested after 14 days.
Damaged or Missing Items
If something arrives damaged, we’re on it:Please email us at info@bloomandrootbox.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Include photos of:
The outside of the shipping boxThe damaged item
The full contents of the box
Once reviewed, we’ll send a complimentary replacement.
In some cases, we may ask for the damaged item to be returned (we’ll provide a prepaid label if so).
